TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE ATTICA GROUP'S SINGLE SIGN ON SERVICE
Introduction
Single Sign On (SSO) service (hereinafter the “Service”) is offered by the company with the corporate name ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A., trading as Attica Group (hereinafter “Attica Group”), having its registered offices in Kallithea, Attica at the junction of 1-7 Lysikratous St. & 3 Evripidou St., Tel. +30 210 891 9500, email: ir@attica-group.com website: https://www.attica-group.com/en/. It allows you to connect to Attica Group's single digital environment and to interact with all the individual websites, applications and digital services offered by the companies in Attica Group to registered users, using your login credentials for the Service.
Registration and use of the Single Sign On Service is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which you must read carefully before taking any of the above steps. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from registering and using the Service, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
Registering for and logging in to the Service
Attica Group's single sign-on service is intended for individuals over the age of 18.
In order to register for the Service you must first provide your personal data and in particular your name-surname, date of birth, email address and mobile phone number.
Once you submit the above information, you will be asked to confirm your contact details by entering a one-time password (OTP) on the registration form which will be sent to the email address and mobile phone you provided.
You will then be able to register as a member of Attica Group's Seasmiles loyalty and reward programme by providing certain additional information, namely your nationality, country, region, city and postcode and optionally your name of your street and the street number of your postal address. If you do not want to register for the Seasmiles programme, you can move on to the next step.
Finally, you will be asked to create a secure password to complete your registration for Single Sign On Service. As a registered user of the Service, you will be able to connect to Attica Group's integrated digital environment and interact with all of the individual websites, applications and digital services that Attica Group companies offer to registered users.
Obligations of Service users
When registering for the Service, you agree to (a) provide accurate and up-to-date information and not to provide any information that would misrepresent you as someone else and (b) to update the information you provide if it changes to keep it accurate and current
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information for the Service. Any activity related to the use of your credentials to connect to Attica Group's single digital environment will be deemed authorised by you, unless you notify us of any loss, interception or unauthorised use of your credentials by a third party.
You are obliged not to attempt to use the Service and access Attica Group's single digital environment in any non-approved manner, including by hacking or password mining, and not to bypass the authentication measures used to connect you to Attica Group's single digital environment.
You agree that you will not take any steps that impede the proper functioning of the Service, you will not use the Service for any illegal or immoral purposes nor in a way that violates the rights of the Attica Group or other users of the Service.
Attica Group's obligations - Limitation of liability
Attica Group does not warrant that your use of the Service and access to its single digital environment will be free from interruptions, errors, malfunctions, viruses or other malicious software or events in general beyond its control. However, it will make every concerted effort to ensure the problem-free operation of the Service and to provide it in the safest possible environment for its users, and to correct any errors detected within a reasonable period of time.
Attica Group's Single Sign On Service and digital environment are provided 'as is' and Attica Group makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use.
Registration and use of the Service and access to Attica Group's single digital environment is at your own exclusive responsibility and Attica Group shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss or damage that you or any third parties may suffer directly or indirectly, as a result of or in connection with the use of the Service and access to its single digital environment.
Attica Group shall not be liable for any damage, loss or harm caused by unauthorized use of the Service or access to its single digital environment, associated, inter alia, with arbitrary or illegal use of your access data by third parties due to loss of confidentiality or for any other reason.
Attica Group reserves the right to suspend the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, due to technical problems, maintenance, upgrades or for any other reason.
Intellectual property and trademarks
All intellectual property rights related to the Single Sign On Service and the single digital environment to which you have access, including but not limited to logos, texts, symbols, graphics, diagrams, images, distinctive signsin general and all types of files in general, etc. (hereinafter the “Content”), are the intellectual property of Attica Group and are governed by the provisions of the Greek Intellectual Property Law (Law 2121/1993) as well as international conventions on intellectual property. Likewise, Attica Group's trademarks and other distinctive signs are protected by the relevant provisions of industrial property law.
Any other use of the aforementionedcontent, including republication, reproduction, modification, transmission, representation, translation or any other exploitation, in whole or in part, without the permission of Attica Group and without complying with the applicable legislation, is strictly prohibited.
The Service may be associated with logos, trademarks, registered distinctive signs and corporate names of Attica Group companies and third parties, which may also appear in Attica Group's integrated digital environment. All such data is property of the relevant rightsholders. Reference to any product, service process or other information by trademarks, trade names or other features of rightsholders in the context of the Service and Attica Group's single digital environment shall not constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation or approval by Attica Group and in all cases is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the relevant rightsholders.
Connection to websites and web services owned by third parties
Attica Group's single digital environment, to which you connect using the Single Sign On Service, may contain links to websites and/or online services owned or managed by Attica Group companies or third parties. Attica Group does not control and bears no responsibility for the accuracy, collection, use or disclosure of information, compliance with copyright, legality, propriety or any other aspect of such websites and online services, including their operation or the content displayed on or through them. You are solely responsible for visiting such websites or using such services via links.
Personal Data
With regard to the processing of the personal data of users of the Single Sign On Service and the single digital environment of Attica Group, to which they have access through it, please refer to the Single Sign On Privacy Notice.
Cookies Policy

Notice to terminate - Termination of this Agreement
Attica Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service and to request demand payment of damages in the event that where it suffers any type of loss as a result of your arbitrary or illegal use of the Service by you, if:
a) when registering for the Service, you provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you have provided is untrue or inaccurate.
b) when using the Service, you breach any of these terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription by sending an email to seasmiles@attica-group.com . In this case you will no longer be able to connect to Attica Group's single digital environment.
Applicable law and other terms
These terms and conditions of use and any changes thereto shall be governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising out of the use of the Service that cannot be resolved or settled amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens.
If any part of the terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Attica Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if reasonably necessary, especially for the purpose of complying with new applicable laws and/or regulations and/or in order to improve the Service it offers. You are obliged to check whether these terms and conditions have been modified before connecting to and using the Service.
