Discount tickets with redemption of Seasmiles are available to all members – regardless of their tier (Blue, Silver or Gold) – who have the required collection seasmiles.
Are seasmiles discount tickets available for all seating categories?
Discount tickets with seasmiles redemption are valid for all passenger seating categories, except for Super and Special economy categories.
Are seasmiles discount tickets valid for all routes?
Seasmiles redemption for discount tickets is valid for trips on domestic and international routes. Choose the journey that interests you on the seasmiles calculator and see available redemption options.
Are there limits on free or discount tickets issued via seasmiles redemption?
All tickets are provided based on availability and pertain to confirmed locations for a specific date and route. The reservation must be made at least 3 business days before the date of your trip.
As Seasmiles member, can I log in with my details on the Superfast Ferries, Blue Star Ferries, Hellenic Seaways & Anek Lines sites?
Yes, by using the credentials you log in to seasmiles.com, you can also log in to the sites of Superfast Ferries, Blue Star Ferries, Hellenic Seaways & Anek Lines, as long as you have verified your Seasmiles email.
Can I change the departure date of tickets purchased with seasmiles?
No change can be made to any ticket purchased by redeeming seasmiles.
Can I convert the ticket purchased through Seasmiles redemption to an open date?

Can I donate my seasmiles to others?
Yes, you can create a Seasmiles gift-card code that you can give to anyone you want. This code can be used to obtain free or discount tickets. The recipient/user of the code does not have to be a Seasmiles card holder. To issue a gift-card code, log into your account on www.seasmiles.com and select from the “Gift Seasmiles” menu.
Can I purchase an open ticket with seasmiles redemption?
You cannot purchase open tickets by redeeming seasmiles.
Can I transfer my ANEK Smart card points to the new Seasmiles card at the ship / agency?
