When can I take advantage of program discounts and Seasmiles redemption?
To unlock the benefits of discounts on your tickets and spending Seasmiles, you must have made a journey on a date that is later than or the same as the date on which you joined Seasmiles.
I made a trip after joining, but I forgot to use my Seasmiles card when purchasing my ticket. What do I have to do?
