Triple accolade for Attica Group at the 2018 Tourism Awards
Attica Group, the parent company of Superfast Ferries & Blue Star Ferries, is pleased to announce a triple accolade at the 2018 Tourism Awards organised by Boussias Communications. At the awards ceremony, which was held on Tuesday 20 March at the Hellenic Cosmos cultural centre in the presence of more than 700 industry executives and personalities, Attica Group received:
- A Gold award in the “Support for local communities/CSR Actions” category – Overall Social Contribution
- A Silver award in the “Technology enhanced experience” category - @sea Infotainment Platform
- A Silver award in the “Reward Schemes” category – Seasmiles Customer Reward Scheme
Attica Group won the Gold award for its overall social contribution and its Corporate Social Responsibility Programme, “With You As Our Destination”. The @sea service is the first onboard infotainment platform operating nationwide in the Greek coastal shipping industry, received a Silver award. The platform has free access from any device (laptop, smartphone, tablet) and limitless possibilities, combining passenger-focussed information and entertainment.
The Seasmiles customer reward scheme also received a Silver award. The scheme is for Attica Group passengers travelling by Blue Star Ferries and Superfast Ferries to and from the Cyclades, the Dodecanese, the North-East Aegean, Crete, and on routes between Greece and Italy. It is designed to give its members exclusive benefits, gifts, special offers and high-quality services.
