*We would like to inform you that the ANEK Smart card will cease operating on 28/02/2024, and for the purposes of transferring your points and your tier to the Seasmiles loyalty programme of Attica Group, you will have the option of identifying yourselves as ANEK Smart card holders, should you wish to complete the relevant procedure, in the ways provided for this purpose.

Can I transfer my ANEK Smart card points to the new Seasmiles card at the ship / agency?: No, points can only be transfered through www.seasmiles.com

I complete my transfer from ANEK Smart to Seasmiles. When can I see my transfered points & tier to My Seasmiles?: Your points & tier will be transfered to your account within 24 hours.

What happens if I don’t transfer my ANEK Smart points?: If you don't transfer your points until the end of 2024, they will be lost.

What is the correspondence of my ANEK Smart points to Seasmiles?: The transfer of your ANEK Smart points to Seasmiles, will be implement according to the following correspondence: 1 ANEK Smart point = 5 collection seasmiles

What will happen to my ANEK Smart card tier when I transfer to Seasmiles?

Your tier will be transferred to Seasmiles according to the following equivalence:

ANEK Smart Friends	Blue
Silver	Silver
Gold	Gold

If you already have a Seasmiles card, then the higher tier of your two cards will be maintained when you transfer.

While entering my personal data on ANEK Smart points & tier transition form, i receive the error message "Member not found" What should i do?: You should register your personal data exactly as they referred on ANEK Smart program. If you have tried all the possible identification ways and still cannot complete the transfer, please contact with Seasmiles customer care.
